Report summary
The Nam Con Son Pipeline is a two-phase pipeline running from Block 06-1 to the Phy My power and industrial complex in south Vietnam. It was commissioned in November 2002 and at the time was the longest two-phase line in the world. Gas and condensate are transported from the Lan Tay field to a processing terminal at Dinh Co, via a 370 kilometre, 26-inch section of the pipeline. Processed gas is then transported a further 29 kilometres from Dinh Co to Phu My in power generation and fertiliser production.
