The Zeepipe terminal, located in Zeebrugge, receives gas via Zeepipe from fields such as Troll and Sleipner. Most of the gas is distributed to Distrigaz (now Eni Gas & Power), GDF Suez (now ENGIE) and Enagas. The main function of the terminal is to receive high calorific gas from the Norwegian North Sea, remove any liquid or solid components and heat the gas when needed.
