The Dvalin Area (originally known as Zidane) is located in the Norwegian Sea, 13 kilometres northwest of the Heidrun facilities. It is comprised of three high pressure, high temperature (HP/HT) gas fields: Dvalin Vest, Dvalin Øst and Dvalin North.In 2016, the partners submitted a Plan for Development and Operation (PDO) for the Dvalin Area (Dvalin Vest and Øst fields).
