Boris (GC 282) is a small oil and associated gas field located in the Green Canyon protraction area of the Central Gulf of Mexico, just southeast of the Phoenix (GC 236) field (originally named 'Typhoon'). Boris was first developed by Chevron as a 9-kilometre (6-mile) two-well subsea tie-back to the Typhoon mini-TLP.
