The Barnacle field is located in the UK northern North Sea in Blocks 211/29 and 211/30. It lies 5 kilometres southwest of the Statfjord B platform.The field was developed with a single extended reach well drilled from an existing donor well on the Statfjord B platform, located on the Norwegian side of the North Sea.
