Report summary
The mineralisation of the deposits located in the Pilar operation is of orogenic gold deposition. The operation is made up of the Pilar and the Maria Lazara mines which are mined through modified room and pillar, and long hole open stoping. The processing plant has a 1.6Mt/a capacity and includes conventional milling, gravity recovery and cyanide leaching followed by Carbon-In-Pulp gold recovery. The final product is a gold doré.
