Report summary
The property comprises the Hasbrouck and Three Hills deposits. Both deposits will be mined using conventional truck and shovel open pit mining methods. Ore from the mines will be treated via heap leaching. A staged project development approach is being considered where the Three Hills deposit will be developed as Phase 1, followed by development of the Hasbrouck deposit as Phase 2. Three Hills ore will be placed onto pads as run-of-mine ore at a rate of 15ktons/d while ore from Hasbrouck will be crushed prior to placement on leach pads at a rate of 17.5ktons/d. Average annual gold production estimated at 69koz/a in years 1 & 2 (Three Hills deposit) and 71koz/a between years 3 and 8 (Hasbrouck deposit). In addition, average annual silver production of 194koz/a is expected between years 3 and 8 from the Hasbrouck deposit.
