Report summary
Located in Fujian Province, close to Fuan City. Fujian Dingxin is owned 50% by Shanghai Dingxin Investment Group, 20% Tsingshan Group, 20% Delixi Group and the balance by private investors. Total cost for construction was RMB 1.2bn (US$180M). RMB 500M for stage 1 (100kt/a NPI) and RMB 700M for stage 2.
