Report summary
Metall Mining and Audrey Resources previously equally owned the 1100 Lens. In September 1992 Cambior acquired 65.4% of Audrey and provided loans to develop the 1100 Lens. In December 1994 Cambior took its interest in Audrey to 75%. Commercial production started in January 1995. The mine was re-named Bouchard Hebert. In November 1995 Cambior successfully purchased all outstanding shares in Audrey taking its interest in the mine to 100%. The mine closed permanently in 2005 in accordance with the life-of-mine-plan.
