Blackwater is planned to be an open-pit gold-silver operation in British Columbia, Canada, utilising conventional truck and shovel mining methods. The mine's life is estimated at 17 years. The operation's development is unconventional in that it is planned to be achieved in three consecutive phases to mitigate upfront capital costs and spread the financial stress over multiple years.
