Savan joined Wood Mackenzie in 2024 as a senior analyst in the oil and chemicals team. He focuses on the commodities market and downstream industry for the Asia Pacific region.
He plays instrumental role in delivering Wood Mackenzie’s Product Market Service with specific focus on long-term market outlook and prices. He also manages Wood Mackenzie’s Refinery Evaluation Model, providing valuable insights into refinery benchmarking and industry dynamics across the region.
Before joining Wood Mackenzie, Savan worked as a consultant with S&P Global, where he advised clients in the Middle East and South Asia on downstream market outlooks and strategic investment decisions. Prior to that he worked with Reliance Industries Limited, where he gained experience on refinery modelling and economics, refinery production planning, crude evaluation, and retro analysis to improve refinery performance.
